prime location various restaurants nearby transportation

The hotel's location is GREAT, right across from Bayside Marketplace. I found many restaurants and shops there. boat tours. Ross and CVS are also just a block away. It took only 5 minutes to reach the Brightline train station and the port. Very convenient!!!

The gym had limited equipment. I.e. only a couple of treadmills.

The location was convenient to nearby attractions. The room had a great view of the port. I found the beds to be comfortable.

The rooms seemed outdated. Plaster was coming off the walls in my room. I observed that the furniture was ripped in multiple places.
